1. About Soberio

Soberio is a personal habit-tracking tool designed to help individuals monitor and reflect on habits such as alcohol consumption, nicotine use, and gambling. The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Soberio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soberio. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others. You must provide a valid email address when registering. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Soberio for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Create accounts in an automated manner or for spam purposes.

6. Not medical advice

Soberio is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or health service. The information and statistics displayed in the app are for personal reflection only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Soberio available but do not guarantee uptime. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

Soberio is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate statistics, or service interruptions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
